About Skyroid Studios
Skyroid Studios is a production studio building game-ready 3D environments and interactive experiences in Unreal Engine for game and film productions worldwide. We specialize in cinematic, real-time environments, delivering everything from early greybox blockouts to fully optimized worlds — game-ready assets, lighting, and scene assembly. Our work spans vertical slices, playable levels, trailers, and pitch visuals, produced on schedule and to specification. As the studio grows we're expanding from environment production into full gameplay development, working closely across art, design, and engineering. We care about performance, polish, and partners who need uncompromising visual and technical quality.
This role sits with our India team, which we're actively expanding.

The Role
We're looking for a UE5 setting artist for a short, intensive contract starting immediately. The register is photoreal grounded sci-fi — military and industrial. Not stylized.
The groundwork is already done.



The modular geometry is modeled and the supporting asset library is purchased and licensed. What we need is someone to turn that into a finished, shippable environment that actually runs.

Scope of work
Level assembly and set dressing from existing modular pieces and owned asset packs
Texturing and material creation — trim sheets and tiling materials to cover large surface areas efficiently, PBR workflow
Lumen lighting for real-time — cinematic mood, high contrast, performance-conscious
Optimization against performance targets — Nanite, LODs, draw calls, texture memory
One additional interior level assembled from kits we already own
Implementing feedback and maintaining consistent art quality across the scene

What we're looking for
Shipped photoreal environments in Unreal Engine 5. Portfolio must show this specifically
Assembled, lit scenes in your reel — not individual props on grey backgrounds
Proven experience building environments for real-time games, not
