Key Responsibilities
- AWD Core Development :
- Hands-on expertise in AWD core development, including:
- Interfaces with AWD.
- Web services integration.
- AWD front-end JavaScript.
- AWD MI Analytics Reporting.
- Requirement Analysis :
- Critically evaluate and analyze information from multiple sources to:
- Reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into detailed insights.
- Abstract low-level information into generalized understanding.
- Differentiate user requests from underlying true needs.
- User Story Compilation :
- Gather and compile user stories and requirements through in-depth analysis of:
- Workflows.
- Data platforms and features.
- External specifications.
- Workflow Solution Design :
- Design and develop workflow solutions using the AWD vendor product in compliance with BPMN and group standards.
- Ensure alignment with the HSS workflow strategy.
- Implementation and Rollout :
- Implement workflow solutions across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and prepare documents for compliance and audit requirements.
- Issue Resolution :
- Investigate functional issues and gaps during iterative build or testing processes.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) :
- Arrange and support UAT to validate the quality of deliverables.
- Assist the business team in completing functional testing.
- Ongoing Support :
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing workflow solutions.
Essential Experience
- Core Experience :
- 1-2 years of experience in software design, development, and testing in a global workplace.
- Vendor Product Knowledge :
- Working experience with BusinessOptix and ActiveOps is an advantage.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in AWD workflow development and related technologies.
- Analytical Abilities :
- Strong skills in analyzing and translating user requirements into actionable solutions.
