What are we looking for
We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Chief Manager / Chief Manager - Projects to lead multi-disciplinary engineering and Project Management Teams (PMT) for the successful execution of Green Hydrogen projects. From the initial FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) phase through to plant start-up and client handover, you will ensure projects are delivered within predefined schedules and cost budgets. You'll act as a crucial interface, fostering collaboration among all stakeholders and supporting the development of a talented team.
Key Result Areas:
- Lead a multi-disciplinary (in-house or Engineering subcontractor's) engineering & PMT team for successful execution of a Green Hydrogen project (FEED to Plant start-up & client handover) within predefined schedule and cost budget.
- Work in tandem with the Project Manager, acting as a primary interface point between John Cockerill (JCH2) execution team, technology team, local partner, vendors, Engineering subcontractors, and client for seamless flow of information and on-time technical resolutions.




- Act as a key stakeholder for developing and maintaining a vibrant and productive working setting while leading a diverse team of talented professionals.
- Be responsible for supporting and mentoring Technical Project Managers (TPMs) and Project Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical point of contact with the customer and other internal & external stakeholders of the project.
- Lead the in-house engineering teams located at various John Cockerill global engineering centers.
- Coordinate with Technical teams of client / PMC / Vendors / Subcontractors etc.
- Finalize the requirements of applicable local, international, and regional rules & regulations.
- Finalize the list of applicable codes and standards to be followed for the FEED & Detail engineering phase of the project.
