5+ Provide L2/L3 production support for Blue Prism automation processes.
- Monitor bot execution, schedules, work queues, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, identify root causes , and implement permanent fixes.
- Perform bot maintenance , enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.
- Handle incident management, problem management, and SLA-driven support activities.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
- Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation and preventive action plans.
- Support deployment activities and production releases.
- Ensure adherence to RPA governance, coding standards, and security best practices.
