Job / Group Overview

The Chief Transformation Office (CTO) function is responsible for the delivery
of change across the Nomura Group, working closely with the other Chief
Corporate Officers in support of the business divisions to ensure we meet our
regulatory and strategic long-term goals.

Within CTO, the Finance Change team supports the CFO / Finance function in
delivering business, regulatory, and technology change initiatives. The team
provides project management and delivery support across strategic transformation
and regulatory programs impacting Finance, Tax, Accounting, Financial control,
Regulatory Reporting, and Data.

This role will support the delivery of a BEPS Pillar 2 Tax transformation
project, working in close partnership with Finance, Tax, Technology, Data, and




regional / global stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation of
regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

* Lead delivery of assigned workstreams within the BEPS Pillar 2 Tax project
and related Finance change initiatives.
* Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in
collaboration with senior stakeholders.
* Manage project delivery throughout the lifecycle, ensuring adherence to
agreed timelines, budget, quality standards, and governance requirements.
* Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across workstreams and
related projects.
* Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with CTO project management
governance, standards, and reporting requirements.
* Apply both agile and waterfall methodologies where appropriate, based on
project needs and stakeholder requiremen
