We are hiring a Silicon Validation & Automation Engineer to drive pre-silicon and post-silicon validation activities for advanced semiconductor products. In this role, you will work closely with silicon validation and characterization teams to understand testing requirements, develop automation frameworks, and enable efficient validation on FPGA and silicon platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to debug complex issues, develop software and firmware test solutions, and build automated test environments using Python and LabVIEW. Additionally, you will coordinate schedules and stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution of validation programs and project milestones.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Define and develop test plans, test lists, and automation solutions for silicon validation and characterization.
Perform validation on FPGA (pre-silicon) and silicon platforms, including debugging and issue resolution.
Develop software, firmware, and Python/LabVIEW-based automation frameworks for bench testing.




Collaborate with validation, characterization, design, and firmware teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Support silicon bring-up, characterization, and product qualification activities.
Coordinate project schedules, track deliverables, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve program milestones.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in silicon validation, bench characterization, or product engineering for Microcontroller and SoC products.
Hands-on experience in characterization and validation of Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal IPs.
Strong expertise in using lab equipment such as SMUs, DMMs, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
Good programming skills in C and Python; LabVIEW experience is a solid advantage.
