Responsibility:
* Provide real-time support during SMT shifts to maintain uninterrupted
production, troubleshoot line process issues.
* Monitor key performance indicators like Yield and Cycle Time, analyze
deviations, and collaborate on improvement initiatives.
* Support investigation of process defects using Issue Tracking Reports and 8D
methodology, contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action
planning.
* Immediate corrective actions or escalate major issue to SME.
* Decide on immediate actions for performance deviations.
* Recommend CAPA and verify effectiveness.
Education:
* Diploma Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical,
electrical) or other related field or equivalent education
Desired Experience:
* 7 - 10 years
