The Opportunity ISMG is seeking an experienced HR Manager based in Mumbai, India to lead and support our human resources function across the APAC region . This is a highly dynamic, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of HR administration, employee experience, and talent development. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, contributing to HR strategy, and partnering closely with regional and global leadership to support business growth.



This is a 6–8 month contract position designed to support a key maternity leave within the HR team. Given the continued growth of our APAC business, there is robust potential for the role to extend or convert to a full-time opportunity, based on performance and organizational needs. What You'll Be Doing HR Operations & Administration Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HRIS systems Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and vendor management across APAC regions Monitor HR budgets and ensure operational efficiency Compliance & Policy Management Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and support compliance across other APAC jurisdictions (e.g., Singapore, Philippines, etc.) Develop, update, and implement HR policies aligned with local regulations and global standards Conduct audits and ensure best practices in HR governance
