MBA will be added advantage Technical & Professional Knowledge required: Strong understanding of sourcing from China, Taiwan, and India – including vendor networks, trade regulations, and logistics. Proven experience in product development and lifecycle management. Solid negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in Google suite, SAP systems, and Product Management tools. Mandarin or local language skills (for China/Taiwan coordination) would be an advantage. Experience required: 8–12 years of experience in product development/ management and sourcing, preferably in PTA. Develop Product life cycle & profitability management for the new products. Manage the existing line of products and lead the ongoing development of enhancements to support increased value to customers. Conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis for new designs and come up with design improvements to enhance their reliability.
