Scheduling Executive (Media Industry)

- Key Responsibilities:_
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly broadcast schedules.
- Allocate time slots for shows, ads, promos, fillers, and special programs.
- Ensure scheduling aligns with channel strategy and target audience.
- Work closely with the Programming, Production, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Coordinate with the Traffic/Ad Sales team for commercial placements.
- Manage commercial break durations and ad placement rules.
- Monitor inventory utilization and avoid overbooking.
- Ensure that all paid advertisements are aired at the correct time.
- Clearly communicate schedule versions and changes.
- Support production teams by sharing recording/playout timings.
- Ad Scheduling and Billing software (BATS).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.




- Skills & Qualification:_
- Solid organizational and planning skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Advance Excel)
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in media scheduling, traffic operations, or broadcast coordination (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
