Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decisions.
- Create MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking reports.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from business data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.
- Automate reporting processes wherever possible.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Reporting.
- Solid hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics.
- Good knowledge of SQL, Excel,



and data visualization techniques.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and custom reports.
- Understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Zoho ecosystem products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, or other ERP/CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an added advantage.
- Experience in API integration and data automation is preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
