About Us

Emperor Bulls is a leading stock market education institute with multiple branches across Punjab. We are looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Counsellor cum Receptionist to join our Moga Branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and students.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media leads.
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
- Schedule appointments, demo classes, and meetings.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth operations.
- Maintain student records and basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:




- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM, etc.).
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and achieve admission targets.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation in any stream.
- 1+ year experience in counselling, sales, telecalling, customer service, or reception roles.
- Experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.
