About this role:
The HR IT Operations Lead collaborates closely with HR teams, IT professionals, and external vendors to ensure alignment with organizational requirements, regulatory compliance, and optimal functionality. They are responsible for providing technical support, resolving issues, and spearheading initiatives aimed at refining HR technology solutions to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and elevate the overall employee experience. Moreover, they may oversee aspects of data security, access controls, and adherence to data privacy regulations.

- Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors to ensure smooth integration and operation of HR technology solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to HR teams and end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical challenges in a timely manner.
- Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the overall employee experience through innovative use of technology.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, policies, and procedures, to support the effective use of HR technology systems.
