- Roles & Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting. 2. Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports. 3. Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances. 4. Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits. 5. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. 6. Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost controls. 7. Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities. 8. Ensure solid internal controls and compliance with applicable laws. 9. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. Requirements: 1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. 2. Industry experience in shipping is preferred. 3.



15-20 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance. 4. Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Transfer pricing, FEMA, auditing, and financial reporting. 5. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. 6. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: 1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) 2. Budgeting & Forecasting 3.
