Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain FMS and IMS databases with high accuracy and data integrity.
- Design, develop, and automate workflows using Google Apps Script.
- Create advanced MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers in Google Sheets.
- Build automated data collection, validation, reporting, and notification systems.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and generate real-time business insights.
- Develop and maintain inventory tracking, asset management, and service management reports.
- Automate recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Create custom functions, triggers, and web-based solutions using Google Apps Script.
- Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies,



and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, HR, Finance, and Management teams for reporting requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI dashboards.
- Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure proper documentation of workflows, databases, and automation processes.

Experience
- 4 +years of relevant experience in Data Management, MIS, Process Automation, FMS, or IMS environments.
- Proven experience in developing complex Google Sheets and Google Apps Script solutions.
