Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture, repair, and modify patterns for steel casting components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings for pattern development
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of patterns before production
- Coordinate with Methoding, Design, and Production teams during pattern development
- Carry out pattern corrections based on trial results and production feedback
- Maintain pattern inventory and ensure proper identification and storage
- Support current product development and pattern improvement activities

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in steel casting pattern making:
- Knowledge of CMS/WCMS or heavy engineering castings:
- Ability to read engineering and foundry drawings




- Experience in pattern modification and maintenance
- Good understanding of foundry processes and shrinkage allowances

Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma or equivalent technical qualification
- 5-10 years of experience in a steel casting foundry

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Baidyabati, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
