Job Description - Senior Social Media Strategist

Job Overview:
This role involves creating growth strategies, managing the social media team, improving content performance, and ensuring content is published consistently.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute personal branding strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Define content positioning, themes, audience, tone, and growth plans.
- Plan posts, reels, carousels, stories, and founder-led content.
- Manage the social media team and coordinate with writers, designers, and editors.
- Review content quality and ensure it matches the personal brand.
- Manage content calendars and ensure regular publishing.
- Track page performance and improve strategy based on data.
- Research trends, competitors, and platform updates.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in personal branding strategy and execution.




- Experience working with founders, entrepreneurs, creators, or business leaders.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth.
- Ability to manage social media pages and creative teams.
- Good understanding of content planning, positioning, analytics, and optimisation.
- Strong communication, ownership, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience growing a personal brand page within a short period.
- Solid understanding of LinkedIn thought leadership and Instagram reels.
- Ability to create content systems and campaign ideas.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
