Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Sintex Water Tanks

Location: Tambaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, hardware stores, builders, and contractors regularly.
- Generate recent leads and convert them into sales.
- Promote Sintex water tanks and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Collect enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closure.
- Coordinate with the sales office for order processing and deliveries.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily visit reports.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience (building materials, water tanks, pipes, sanitary, hardware, or construction products preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Tambaram and surrounding market areas.




- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.:
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp reporting.

Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in selling Water Tanks, PVC pipes, plumbing products, construction materials, or related products.
- Existing contacts with dealers, plumbers, contractors, and builders will be an added advantage.
