Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mathematics, or Economics
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, customer follow-up, or customer relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities
- Presentable, smart, organized, and professional

Key Responsibilities: -
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely execution
- Handle and coordinate with the development team to track project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Follow up with customers regarding project updates, requirements, and deliverables
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution




- Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation
- Software and IT department experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment

Work Location: Gariahat, Kolkata
