Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars for Durati and Nayo.
- Create Instagram Reels, posts, carousels and Stories and repurpose suitable content for Facebook.
- Conceptualise Reel ideas, hooks, visual treatments and calls-to-action.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
- Create product-focused, lifestyle, styling, educational, festive and brand-story content.
- Convert existing product photography into engaging social-media creatives.
- Use AI tools to create additional creative variations and visual content where appropriate.
- Write captions, hooks and CTAs aligned with each brand's tone of voice.
- Research relevant fashion, jewellery, social-media and content trends and identify opportunities for the brands.
- Coordinate basic product shoots and create content from available product imagery.
- Schedule and publish content and maintain an organised content library.
- Monitor comments, messages and basic community engagement.




- Track reach, engagement, Reel performance and follower trends and use insights to improve future content.
- Coordinate with the catalogue/e-commerce resource to ensure product information and imagery are accurate.

Required Skills:
- Strong Instagram and Facebook knowledge.
- Hands-on Reel creation and video editing.
- Excellent visual sense and content judgement.
- Canva and/or equivalent creative tools.
- Strong caption and short-form copywriting ability.
- Ability to independently develop content ideas.
- Understanding of social-media analytics and performance metrics.
- Valuable communication and organisational skills.

Good to Have
- Jewellery or fashion brand experience.
- Photoshop / Premiere Pro.
- AI image/video-generation tools.
- Product photography and basic video shooting.
- Meta Business Suite.
