About Avias India

Avias India is a fast-growing premium stainless steel kitchenware brand with a robust dealer and distributor network across India. We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our market presence by building relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers across the country.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and dealers across India.
- Identify and onboard new distributors and channel partners.
- Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into business.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.





Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or channel sales.
- Experience in the kitchenware, cookware, stainless steel utensils, homeware, housewares, or consumer durables industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making 80-120 outbound calls daily.
- Strong follow-up and closing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Language Skills
- Basic English communication skills are mandatory.
- Fluency in any one of the following languages is required:
- Hindi
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Proficiency in multiple Indian languages will be an added advantage, as the role involves communicating with customers across India.
- Prior experience working with dealer/distributor networks.
- Strong understanding of the Indian B2B wholesale market.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
