A reputed Medical College and Multi-Speciality Hospital is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Screening, shortlisting, and conducting preliminary interviews
- Coordinating interviews with department heads and management
- Preparing offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding activities
- Building employer branding and recruitment strategies
- Maintaining recruitment MIS and reports

Eligibility
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related discipline
- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations
- Healthcare, Hospital, Medical College,



or Educational Institution recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
