About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and talented Digital Content Creator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a social media-savvy creative professional who excels at bringing ideas to life through engaging visual content, compelling graphics, and impactful video storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand creative briefs, campaign objectives, and target audiences.
- Design engaging visual content for digital channels, including social media, presentations, internal communications, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media platforms, including reels, interviews, event coverage, and explainer videos.
- Transform concepts and ideas into compelling visual stories through a combination of graphic design, motion graphics, and video.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, HR,



and other internal teams to support campaigns and employer branding efforts.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, mood boards, and content strategies for various projects.
- Perform end-to-end video editing, including color correction, audio enhancement, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
- Proven experience shooting and editing video content for social media and digital platforms.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video production work.
