3D CAD Engineer - HV and LV Harness:
- Qualification, Experience and Competency requirements:
- Preferred Education - E./B.Tech Electrical/Automotive/Mechanical Engineering with Automotive Industry experience

Preferred Experience:
Essential:




- 5 years of relevant experience in automotive wiring harness
- Experience in Design of Wiring Harness - LV & HV
- Hands on Experience in Routing & Packaging in UGNX
- Good knowledge in design basics, vehicle packaging studies, Architecture, and statutory requirements etc.,
- Cross functional experience in Design
- Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to)
- Responsible for the parts from cradle to grave deliverables.
- Responsible to ensure parts / drawings match the models (Model is Master)
- Responsible to ensure ECN/ECR/FETE are clearly written and meet all requirements
- Confirm / understand / validate the change is necessary for the vehicle
- Conduct FPSO (first piece sign off) and support PSO activity with SQ
- Responsible for GIMS /ISS ownership / root cause / corrective action.
- Support launch activity at the assembly plant
- Review of AMPS sheets required for assembly plants
- Support vehicle/component DF
