Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Calls & Complaint Handling)
Location Jagatpura Jaipur
Education - 12th with stream PCM or PCB / B.SC/ B.ED and science stream
Only freshers
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/ticketing systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and qualified attitude during customer interactions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
