Job Title: Telesales Executive - Hospital Industry

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and corporate clients to promote hospital services, health packages, and wellness programs.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding consultations, diagnostic services, treatments, and health check-up packages.
- Convert inquiries into appointments and admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with patients for appointment confirmations, health package renewals, and feedback collection.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and front-office teams to ensure seamless patient scheduling.
- Meet monthly targets for lead generation, appointment bookings, and service conversions.
- Explain hospital facilities, specialties, insurance partnerships, and promotional offers to potential customers.
- Address patient concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies,



patient confidentiality standards, and data protection regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, healthcare sales, or hospital marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Required Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling abilities.
- Persuasion, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare services and medical terminology is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
