Full-Stack Lead Developer & DevOps (Core Tech Owner)

- Experience Required:



2-3 Years _(Must have handled live app deployments and scale)_
- Monthly Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 / month (Fixed & Milestone-Linked) + Startup Equity Options
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech

Required Technical Knowledge Base
- Frontend Ecosystem: Flutter (Dart), React, Next.js, TypeScript.
- Backend & Architecture: Node.js, Express.js, Microservices Basics, System Design.
- Databases & Caching: PostgreSQL (Expertise in complex relational queries & PostGIS), MongoDB, Firebase, Redis.
- Real-Time & Queue Management: WebSockets / Socket.IO (for real-time chat optimization), WebRTC (for voice/video nodes), BullMQ (for background jobs/queues).
- Search Engine:Elasticsearch / OpenSearch.
- Hosting, VPS & Linux Server Administration:
- Must be highly capable of hosting and managing multiple client/company websites on dedicated servers/VPS (AWS, DigitalOcean, Linode).
- Deep expertise in Linux Server Administration, Docker, Nginx / Apache setups
