Role Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Operations
- Support the Manager in the strategic and operational leadership of the Delhi Accounting Service Center.
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting teams (preferably handling 5+ team members).
- Monitor workload allocation, resource planning, and ensure timely service delivery.

2. Client Management & Communication
- Minimum experience in client management is required to effectively manage international client relations and resolve complex business process issues.
- Must possess solid communication skills to act as a trusted advisor and confidently engage with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, Controllers, and executive management.

3. Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure absolute compliance with international accounting frameworks (US GAAP and IFRS).
- Review and analyze financial statements, consolidation accounting, and internal controls.

4. Digital Transformation & Process Improvement




- Identify automation and process optimization opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Drive digital transformation projects and promote data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Chartered Accountant (CA) status is highly preferred.
- Background: Proven experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC), Global Capability Centers (GCC), or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments.
- Accounting Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Consolidation Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Technical & Software Skills:
- Core ERPs: SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Digital Tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Apps.
- Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for client-facing communications.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
