Key Responsibilities
- _Manage and maintain the hospital store’s daily operations._
- _Receive, inspect, and record all incoming medical and non-medical supplies._
- _Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of inventory._
- _Maintain accurate stock records in the system and conduct periodic stock verification._
- _Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions as required._
- _Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for timely procurement._
- _Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards._
- _Prevent stock discrepancies through regular audits and control measures._
- _Generate and submit periodic inventory reports to management._
- _Requirements Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Store Management, Logistics, or related field._
- _Minimum 3-5 years of experience in store or inventory management,
preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector._
- _Strong knowledge of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment._
- _Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office._
- _Excellent communication and organizational skills._
- _Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines._
