Position: Project Coordinator
Experience: 0-5 Years
Industry: SPM (Special Purpose Machine) / Industrial Automation
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, EEE, ECE) or MBA (Operations)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate SPM and automation projects from order receipt to machine dispatch.:
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, milestones, and progress reports.:
- Follow up with Design, Purchase, Production, Assembly, Electrical, PLC, and Quality departments.:
- Monitor material availability and ensure timely procurement.:
- Track project status and update customers and management regularly.:
- Coordinate machine trials, inspections, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and dispatch activities.:
- Maintain project documentation, BOMs, drawings, and reports.:
- Identify project risks, delays, and coordinate corrective actions.:
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and budget.:
- Arrange internal project review meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).

Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.:




- Knowledge of SPM manufacturing and automation processes.:
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings and BOMs.:
- Robust planning, scheduling, and follow-up skills.:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.:
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.:
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- 0-5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Production Coordination, or Manufacturing.:
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills can also apply.:
- Experience in SPM, industrial automation, machine building, or engineering companies is preferred.:
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
