Executive (Schemes & Program Operations)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Executive - Schemes & Program Operations to support the execution, coordination, and monitoring of government-funded schemes and innovation initiatives. The role focuses on operational execution, stakeholder coordination, documentation, reporting, and compliance to ensure the smooth implementation of various programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Scheme Operations_
- Support the implementation of schemes as per approved guidelines and timelines.
- Coordinate with incubators, startups, and partner institutions for program activities.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting_
- Maintain program documentation, records, and databases.
- Update MIS dashboards, trackers, and progress reports.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing notes.
- Stakeholder Coordination_
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending submissions, approvals, and action items.
- Support the organization of review meetings, workshops,



and ecosystem events.
- Compliance Support_
- Assist with audits, evaluations, and compliance activities.
- Ensure proper record management and document version control.

Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of government schemes, startup ecosystem, or program management.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Technology, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience in program/scheme management, government projects, or ecosystem initiatives.

OR
- Master's degree (MBA, PGDM, MPP, or equivalent) with 1+ year of relevant post-qualification experience.
