- Call inbound and outbound leads
- Manage WhatsApp conversations
- Conduct Zoom/Google Meet consultations
- Understand seller requirements
- Explain Viatrix services
- Share proposals and pricing
- Follow up until closure
- Maintain CRM
- Coordinate with operations after onboarding
