- Assesses customers issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure the customers needs are satisfied.
- Be proactive and take initiatives to explore and learn about the product that we offer
- Understand standard operation procedures and delivers services that is according to the quality standards set by the company
- No Sales No target.Fixed Shift Fixed week off

Good communication skills of Punjabi & Hindi

Must have knowledge of Excel and word
