Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

*Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Team Building & Leadership
- Build the Business Development team from scratch by hiring, training, mentoring, and managing team members.
- Set KPIs, sales targets,



and performance metrics for the team.
- Foster a high-performance, results-driven sales culture.
- Continuously coach the team to improve conversion rates and client engagement.

Market Development
- Identify current markets, industries, and business opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to develop effective growth strategies.
- Establish partnerships and expand the company’s market presence.

Digital Marketing Consultation
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions, including:
- SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Website Development
- Branding
- Performance Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
