Supervise and coordinate all activities within the foundry production department.
- Supervise melting, Moulding and pouring activity, operate lab.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards throughout the production processes.
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets of company per annum.
- Monitor and optimize the use of resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure product conformance to specifications.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.




- Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to streamline operations and resolve issues effectively.

Generate production reports and performance metrics to evaluate departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
