Job Description: - Must have working knowledge on GDS (any)
- Must have knowledge of working on GDS
- Must have knowledge of Refunds, Fares & pricing
- Travel certification is required.
- Must have knowledge of different fare and routing types
- Good communication skills
- Good Travel geographical knowledge
- Maintaining high accuracy, productivity standards and should have willingness to learn.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, be flexible and change-ready in a dynamic work environment.
- Responsibilities: Handle travel bookings and related services using any major GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Process refunds, fares, and pricingaccurately in accordance with company policies and airline guidelines.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards, ensuring error‑free work and adherence to SLAs.
- Participate in process improvement initiativesto enhance operational efficiency.
- Adapt to recent processes and changes within a dynamic work environmentwith a willingness to learn.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline
