- Job Summary
- The Procurement Executive will support procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and services required for manufacturing and FMCG operations. The role focuses on timely sourcing, cost control, vendor coordination, and smooth plant operations.

- Key Responsibilities
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRQ) based on production, stores, and departmental requirements
- Procure raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and indirect materials
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with approved vendors
- Request and analyze quotations; prepare comparative statements (CS) & NFA
- Coordination for Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP systems
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery to factory/warehouse
- Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and stores teams
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
- Assist in vendor performance reviews (cost,



delivery, quality)
- Support invoice verification and GRN reconciliation with finance
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and audits

- Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of Manufacturing & FMEG procurement processes
- Understanding of raw materials, packaging materials, and vendor management
- Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Robust follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, volume-driven environments

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-2 years of procurement or purchase experience in Manufacturing or FMEG
