Reception Duties
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants professionally.
- Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
Telecalling Duties
- Attend incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Make outgoing calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and health camp promotions.
- Provide information about hospital services, doctors' availability, and health packages.
- Maintain call records and patient communication logs.
- Handle patient feedback and escalate concerns when required.
- Support marketing and patient engagement activities through telecalling.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or telecalling.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital settings will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant personality and qualified attitude.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Strong inter personal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Working Hours
