Role Summary
- Position: Digital Marketing Specialist / Growth Marketer
- Location: SIHL House, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad (In-Office)
- Employment Type: Full time
- Experience Required: 2 to 4 years (Preferred experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance/BFSI)

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to generate high-intent leads for Demat accounts and wealth management.
- Optimize ad spend and track critical metrics like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to boost ROI.
- A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and audience sets to scale inbound lead funnels.

2. Social Media & Brand Management
- Manage corporate social profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Maintain a content calendar reflecting real-time stock market insights, mutual fund updates, and investor education.
- Coordinate with internal graphic designers and video editors to produce highly engaging financial reels and posts.

3. SEO & Content Strategy




- Perform keyword research around trading platforms, stockbroking, and tax-saving investments.
- Optimize website content and blogs to rank for local and national high-intent financial keywords.
- Track traffic patterns using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

4. App Promotion & Retention
- Drive downloads for the SIHL MoneyMaker and SIHL Funds Pro mobile apps using App Store Optimization (ASO) and universal app campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO platforms.
- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of Indian capital markets, equity trading, mutual funds, and SEBI compliance guidelines.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to extract actionable strategic steps from raw metrics and analytical data.
- Communication: Fluent Englis
