Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Test REST and GraphQL APIs using tools such as Postman and other API testing frameworks.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution using JIRA or similar defect management tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Ensure adherence to Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Solid experience in Mobile Application Testing (Android & iOS).
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Experience in API Testing using Postman and GraphQL.
- Knowledge of Gen AI Application Testing and Prompt Engineering concepts.




- Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
- Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking and test management tools.
- Expertise in testing both Web Applications and Mobile Applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Healthcare Domain.
- Hands-on experience with Appium and/or Selenium.
- Knowledge of Java or JavaScript for test automation.
- Experience in Chatbot Testing and Conversational AI validation.
