Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments when required.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Maintain production records and quality reports.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to customer specifications.
- Follow safety rules, housekeeping, and 5S standards in the workplace.
- Report machine breakdowns, tool wear, and quality issues to the supervisor.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:




- Knowledge of CNC Turning/VMC Machine operation.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of machining processes.
- Attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- Valuable teamwork and discipline.

Qualification:
- ITI (Fitter/Turner/Machinist) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in CNC machine operation (as per company requirement).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,846.40 per month
