ERPDADDY develops ERP solutions for manufacturing, export, warehouse, finance, and business operations. We are currently expanding our Finance Module and are looking for an experienced manufacturing accountant who can help us build practical, industry-driven accounting workflows within our ERP platform.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to contribute beyond routine accounting and be part of building a next-generation Manufacturing ERP.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and document manufacturing accounting workflows.
- Work closely with the ERP team to design finance processes.
- Validate accounting transactions and ERP workflows.
- Help define Chart of Accounts (COA), Ledgers, Cost Centers and Accounting Masters.
- Verify accounting entries for Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production and Job Work.
- Assist in designing Receivables, Payables, Banking and General Ledger processes.
- Review GST-related accounting workflows and statutory requirements.
- Validate financial reports including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss,



Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
- Support ERP testing by validating accounting transactions and financial reports.
- Share practical industry best practices to improve the product.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally, Busy or any Accounting ERP.
- Good understanding of:
- Manufacturing Accounting
- Inventory Accounting
- Purchase & Sales Accounting
- GST
- Banking & Reconciliation
- Vendor & Customer Accounting
- Journal Entries
- Financial Statements
- Ability to understand business processes and suggest improvements.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience
- 5-12 years of experience in Manufacturing Accounting.
- Experience in Export House, Manufacturing, FMCG, Engineering, Textile, Furniture, Handicraft or similar industries.
- Experience working with ERP software will be an added advantage.
