Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of office facilities and workplace operations across our IT offices. The role will be responsible for ensuring a safe,



efficient, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment while managing vendors, infrastructure, security, transport, housekeeping, cafeteria services, and office maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Facility Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day facility operations across office locations.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of all building infrastructure, utilities, and workplace services.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, plumbing, lighting, and other critical assets.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Workplace Experience & Employee Services
- Ensure a clean, safe, and productive workplace environment.
- Manage employee seating, workspace allocation, meeting rooms, and office moves.
- Drive workplace improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
