Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales Officers, Area Sales Managers, Promoters, Factory Workers, Supervisors, Executives, and Support Staff.
- Coordinate manpower planning and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Coordinate confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, and company HR policies.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Organize training and performance management activities.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment reports, and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, and Department Heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Visit branches, sales locations, and manufacturing units across Tamil Nadu as required.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (MBA/MSW/PGDM) in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the Sales & Marketing and Manufacturing industry.




- Experience in bulk hiring, factory recruitment, and field sales recruitment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of payroll, attendance management, labor laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Sales & Marketing and Manufacturing is mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
- Experience in recruiting both field sales and manufacturing employees.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
- Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
