- O Band
- Electrical Engineer
- 1. Coordination with production department for achieving targeted production by smooth running of all the equipment.
- 2. To check the quality of material engineering spares received and then approved.
- 3. Checking of bills of contractors after completion of jobs.
- 4. Preparation of monthly maintenance of equipment as per schedule.
- 5. Carry out preventive maintenance of equipment as per schedule.
- 6. Implementation & maintain of ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 system and document preparation.
- 7. To look after maintenance related administrative jobs of concerned plant and preparation of shift schedule.
- 8. Looking after electrical related problems of all the plants and utility area.
- 9. Looking after laisioning work related to electrical inspector and GEB.
- 10. Coordination with production department for achieving targeted production by smooth running of all the equipment.
- 11. Looking after instrumentation related problems of all the plant and utility area.
- Maintenance Engineer
- 1. To control overall maintenance related operation as per report of maintenance engineer.
- 2. Interacting with production department on day-to-day basis for smooth operation of plant equipment.
- 3. Coordination with process and production department for execution modification work order.
- 4. Make daily and monthly report of utility and maintenance.
- 5. Ensure effective utilization of equipment’s.
- 6. Making and monitoring working schedule of engineering department.
- 7. Ensure equipment and structure is secure in all plants and utility area.
- 8. Checking bills of Maint and services.
- 9. Making quarterly and annual report for ISO and its connected papers.
- 10. Inter and intra departmental coordination for supporting the production department for achieving targeted production by smooth running of all the Equipment.
