_JOB SUMMARY _

Builds, tests, troubleshoots to component level, and repairs production electronic components, parts, equipment, and

systems by performing the following duties on typical more complex product lines .

_DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. _
- Assembles parts in specified relationship to each other.
- Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together.
- Phase out, repair, and evaluate units and PCB’s.
- Operate production and conventional test equipment and tools. (DVM, oscilloscope, etc.)




- Troubleshoot problems to discrete component levels.
- Works at different workstations and/or in different cells as production needs require.
- Reports directly to Line Lead of the work cell.
- Read and interpret schematics and assembly drawings.
- Perform programming and troubleshooting issues found during programming of PCB’s.
- Perform test on products per engineering specifications.
- Documents unit failures and records trends.
- Keep records on updates and modifications.
- Ensures product traceability.
- Ensures quality of product through consistency.
- Works with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Engineering to capture issues found during troubleshooting.
- Requests additional parts needed for specified job orders from Stockroom.
- Ensures FOD/5S practices are followed to maintain clean and orderly workstations.
