About the Role

The incumbent will manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures. Ensure secure and efficient operations. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities:
- Clear understanding of Operations of shop-floor in a Chemical industry. Should be in a position to understand, analyse and provide technical solutions on the shop-floor
- Complete production responsibility of all sections
- Ensure quality, quantity and productivity as per set standards
