Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of construction materials, MEP items, equipment, and other project-related requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely processing and approvals.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and store teams to understand procurement requirements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain procurement records,



vendor databases, and documentation.
- Track material deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues with vendors.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and pricing trends.
- Support cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality and project timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement within the Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industry.
- Solid understanding of construction materials, vendor management, and procurement processes.
- Experience in vendor negotiations and purchase order management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of construction material specifications and procurement planning
