Daiichi Jitsugyo India Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee - Business Development to join our team in the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Core Electronics Industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in lead generation, network building,customer outreach, and follow-ups.
- Conduct initial discussions with potential customers to understand their requirements.
- Visit client offices to understand technical requirements and assist in explaining company products and solutions.:
- Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and sales reports.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer meetings, technical discussions, and project updates.
- Support customer visits, meetings, and follow-up communication.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis related to the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Assist the team in understanding customer requirements related to SMT line solutions and electronics manufacturing equipment.
- Support preparation of business reports, documentation, and internal coordination tasks.

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding or interest in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Marathi.
- Willingness to learn technical concepts related to SMT and electronics solutions.
- Travel readiness for client visits and meetings.
