Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Supervising warehouse helpers for loading and unloading of goods.
- Managing inward and outward movement of stock.
- Coordinating daily branch transfers.
- Ensuring products are handled safely and properly.
- Verifying received goods against invoices, delivery notes, or transfer documents.
- Maintaining proper arrangement and cleanliness inside the warehouse.
- Ensuring stock is stored in the correct location.
- Supporting regular stock checks and physical verification.
- Identifying stock damages, shortages, excesses, or mismatches.
- Coordinating with the purchase, sales, and accounts teams when required.

2. Production Team Coordination
- Stitching work.
- Packing work.
- Finishing and product checking.
- Material movement to and from production.
- Ensuring timely completion of production requirements.
- Monitoring daily production output.
- Reporting delays, material shortages, quality issues, or manpower issues.
- Ensuring proper workflow between warehouse and production sections.

Team Supervision
- Warehouse helpers: around 4 members.
- Production team: around 15 members.

Responsibilities include:
- Assigning daily work to team members.
- Monitoring attendance, discipline, and work performance.
- Ensuring proper coordination among workers.
- Inspiring the team to complete work on time.
- Reporting staff issues to management or HR.
- Training helpers and production staff on basic work standards.
- Maintaining teamwork and discipline on the floor.

4. Quality & Stock Control
- Products are checked before dispatch.
- Damaged or defective items are reported immediately.
- Stock mismatches are identified and escalated.
- Finished products are properly packed and stored.
- Quality standards are followed during production and packing.
- Regular stock verification is supported.

5. Reporting & Coordination
- Give daily updates to management.
